Wide-Open House September 9, 2006 If you didn’t come out to our Wide-Open House on Saturday, September 9th, you missed a GREAT event! The day was full of festivities and crowds of people from all over the area came out to enjoy the free BBQ ribs and fried chicken, live music, a visit with the US Angels, swap meet and bike show. The parents were able to take a look at the new ’07 bikes and enjoy themselves while the kids took advantage of face painting, balloon sculptor, caricature artist and great treats! Well, not all the parents relaxed, some of them also took advantage of the kid stuff! We had terrific sales on the 9-11 T-shirts and will be able to once again, support the U.S.O. and turn proceeds over to them to support our men and women in the military. Owner Don Smolinski presented the U.S.O. with a check from last year's T-shirt proceeds. For those of you who made it out, we thank you for making this another great event! For those of you who didn’t get a chance to stop in, make sure to check the website regularly for details on the future events at Harley-Davidson of Washington, we missed you!
