"Please post this on your customer testamonial page... and feel free to edit it down for size (because it is going to be a long one)! I was troubleshooting a problem with my 2002 Road King for 2 days, and FINALLY decided it was a Crankshaft Position Sensor. Called the nearby HD Stores, and no one had it in stock. Called FT. Washington, and John Moo (in parts) answered... you had the part, so I planned on the 100 mile round trip to come get it. John was friendly and jovial on the phone, and was even nicer when I got to the store. And this was on a SUNDAY! I told him I was pretty sure that I needed the part, but if he or someone else could help me confirm the problem, I'd appreciate it... He sent me to Peggy (Service Writer). I explained my problems to Peggy, she listened intently, and confirmed what I thought... bad sensor. She didn't give advice as a service writer, but as a fellow rider. I thanksed her, and went to get the part (after looking around the store). A few minutes later, John paged me over the storewide intercom (he mistakenly callen me the "gentleman, looking for the crank sensor". I am not offended at being called a gentleman, but I definitely am NOT! When I answered the page, he told me one of the Master Tech (John) had stopped in the store and would answer any questions I had. After taking time to listen, John said the sensor could be the problem, and said "Good Luck". I also chatted with Donald in Parts, and Karen and Michelle in Clothing accessories..... EVERYBODY at your store is VERY FRIENDLY! To make a long story short (well, too late for that)... I enjoyed the store, and will definitely stop back in the future. I've been riding in this area for 8 years, and Ft Washington was the one store I never stopped in at... but I will be back! The end of the story is this: I got home, removed the old sensor and plugged in the new sensor.... and after days of troubleshooting, THEN trying to find the part.... the bike turned ove rand ran like a champ! THANKS FT. WASHINGTON HD... and all the FINE people I met today! I will see you at the next Rolling Thunder (I haven't missed one in 8 years!). Mike in Pasadena, MD"

I am always greeted by friendly faces. When I walk into other motorcycle stores in the area, I get ignored. "Just writing a note to let you know how pleased I am with some work Mickey did for me. He installed a painted inner fairing on my Road Glide, paying special attention to alignment, as I asked him to. Apparently, he had to modify the fairing to accomplish this. It's as perfect as possible and runs straight down the road. The painted inner fairing gives the bike a finished, custom look, one of the best upgrades I've made. Anyway, my thanks to your Service Dept and Mickey"

"I was driving by and happend to look over and saw the dealership and said I have to stop there, cause I like stopping at all HD shops and see if they have anything I might need.LOL I always find something. Anyway as I entered the building I was greeted and asked if I would like someone to assist me? I asked about Softail parts and was directed toward them. Latter I found myself in the clothes dept. as I like to browse around and talk with the staff about different items. Everybody in the place treated me with the upmost respect. I found a nice leather HD vest on the clearance rack. I didnt know it at the time, but I needed a new one, so it went home with me.lol Anyway I had a great time in the Washington D.C. Harley Davidson dealership."
